Job Requirements

• B. Sc. / B. Tech, HND or Masters in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, etc.
• Certification in Project Management or related field
• Minimum of 7 years in project management, Real Estate or Real Estate Finance
• Experience in Business Development, Project Pre Development, Project Development, Financial and records management and Project Implementation
• Knowledge of risk management.
