Customer Success Rep
Role: To manage customer’s request and queries, to resolve customer’s complaints as fast as possible, also communicate the mind of the company to the customers and proffer solutions when needs arises
Reporting Line:
Direct Reporting: Lead, Customer Success
Focus Areas & Job Details:
- Liaise extensively with external and internal clients/customer; evaluating procedures and processes.
- Validate issues/result by testing the system
- Oversee implementation of new system including data migration
- Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
- Provide training and user manuals to users of a new system
- Plan and work flexibly to deadlines
- Understand software development lifecycle etc
