Our Client is a leading corporate technology solution provider with the goal to lease, sell, service/maintain office equipment, and deploy office solutions to corporate bodies is seeking to employ a suitable and qualified candidate for the position of Customer Service Administrative Officer. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, strong administrative skills, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 years proven customer support experience or experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Minimum of a B.sc or H.N.D holder
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative and clerical services
  2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  3. Receive, screen, and direct callers and walk-in customers to appropriate staff, or schedule direct callers and walk-in customers.
  4. Provide a variety of administrative and clerical support functions, e.g., finalizing official correspondence, preparing military messages, making travel arrangements, distributing mass mailings, managing files, taking messages for staff
  5. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  6. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  7. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  8. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  9. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  10. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  11. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  12. Systematically filing important company documents.
  13. Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
  14. Scheduling meetings and booking conference room
