Our Client, an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Company based in Lagos Nigeria who engage in the importation, distribution and support services of ICT is seeking to employ a qualified CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Job Requirements

  1. Must have Team Leadership/People Management Spirit
  2. Team Leadership/People Management
  3. Must be Self-Disciplined and have Leadership quality
  4. Must be Computer Literate (Especially Excel)
  5. Good Understanding of Customer Relationship Management and Satisfaction.
  6. Sales metrics/knowledge and performance tracking/management
  7. Good Business acumen
  8. Accounting Knowledge
  9. Strategic Planning
  10. Warehouse Management standards
  11. Marketing Skills
  12. Procurement standard knowledge
  13. Human Resource Management
  14. E-commerce Management
  15. Knowledgeable in Inventory Control & Reporting

Qualification

  • BA/MSC degree in any science related discipline, MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 Years’ experience is a similar role
  • Remuneration:Very attractive and Negotiable
  • Must have worked in an FMCG company or a Financial Institute
