Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business/Partner Sales Representative to join our mobile phone company’s sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with our business and channel partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with business and channel partners to drive revenue growth
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales strategies
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and new product developments
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate new business

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  3+ years of experience in business/partner sales in the mobile phone industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
